We’re Nikki and Remi — sisters, lifelong business partners, and the kind of duo that turns “What if we…?” into actual companies more often than we probably should admit.

Our entrepreneurial journey started more than 15 years ago on the floor of our tiny apartment, sewing leggings for what would become our first brand, Jiva Active. From there, we found ourselves designing merch for SoulCycle studios, writing business ideas in a shared Notes app at 1am, flying across the country for trade shows, and slowly turning garages and spare bedrooms into full-blown workspaces. It wasn’t always glamorous, but it was always ours.

In 2017, we sold Jiva Active — our first brand baby. Around the same time, life evolved in the best ways. Nikki became a new mom, and Remi… well, she created another kind of baby:

Thirdeye Studio, a now-thriving tattoo, piercing and PMU studio in Jupiter, Florida.

Thirdeye quickly grew into a local favorite with 7+ artists and a waitlist for nearly every event. As demand grew, so did the need for a professional piercer. That’s when Nikki stepped in — and by now, she has pierced thousands of ears, from ages 4 to 84.

With all that experience came one very clear pattern: people were constantly asking where they could buy jewelry that was not only cute and trendy… but also safe for their skin, comfortable to wear 24/7, and made for healthy healing.

And the truth? It was almost impossible to find.

So, in classic sister fashion, we looked at each other and said,

“Okay… are we doing this again?”
